Michael H. Streng is a consultant for Project and Facility Management providing services to all project stakeholders. He has worked with companies on projects ranging from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars. His resume includes industrial, manufacturing, institutional, commercial projects with companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Inc., Honda of America, Eaton, Chrysler, R.L. Polk & Co. Services have ranged from "hands on" working as part of the project team, to providing advice and training for the projects. Advice to companies includes analyzing a company's project processes and recommending improvements.
Michael has set-up and operated mainframe and PC based project management and data base software systems using Artemis, Primavera Project Planner, Open Plan, CA-Super Project, Timeline 6, Microsoft Project, dBaseIV, and others. Also he is proficient with MS Office software. He has also given seminars on project management.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree, majoring in Construction Management, from The Ohio State University. Mike is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Ohio), certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, past VP for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute, a (past) full member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. Mike has also taught as an adjunct professor at Columbus State Community College. He holds two patents and is a Director for the Inventors Network.
